Curiosity Connections creates thoughtfully curated gatherings where personal and professional growth naturally unfold. In a small group format of 24 participants, we bring together diverse perspectives and lived experiences to spark authentic conversations that matter.

Beyond traditional networking events and corporate spaces, we provide fertile ground for meaningful connections to take root. Here, questions lead to conversations, conversations spark relationships, and relationships fuel collective growth.

Each gathering features world-class experts who catalyze discussions about our shared journey toward becoming better versions of ourselves. Free from the usual networking pretense, we explore the rich territory that lies in the cracks between our assumed identities and professional personas.

I've spent over a decade leading talent development in the corporate arena and I've learned something powerful: true transformation emerges in those unscripted moments of shared vulnerability and curiosity, not in conference halls or networking events. I've noticed how our existing spaces limit authentic growth - corporate settings have their boundaries, networking events keep us performing our LinkedIn profiles, and in faith-based spaces, we often focus on presenting our most polished selves (at least for me).

But where do we go to explore the questions that live between these carefully constructed identities? Where can we be both accomplished and uncertain, confident and curious?

Curiosity Connections emerged from this need for a different kind of f space. One where we can set aside our polished presentations and practiced pitches to engage in conversations that matter. Here, we create room for the questions that don't fit neatly into other spaces, guided by experts who understand that true growth happens when we dare to be real.

Having traveled solo through 30+ countries and immersed myself in diverse communities, I’ve learned that our greatest inspiration often comes from sharing stories and learning from one another. One of my “superpowers” has always been bringing friends from different circles together to spark new friendships—a gift I carried into my professional life. Now, I’m excited to channel that same passion into Curiosity Connections.
